1. Production:

We are an organisation with a social motive to empower economically underpriviledged people of remote areas of Nepal. Our products are completely Handmade, we do not use any machines. Due to its handmade nature the each products may vary slightly in size and color.

2. Pricing:

The prices are not displayed in the website. If you wish to receive price list for our products, please contact us at eaglehc@mail.com.np with products you are interested in. We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

3. Order:

Our minimum order amount is USD 500, we do not accept orders amounting below USD 500. Advance payment of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation. Production will start once the 50% advance payment has been received. Remaining 50% payment should be made after the order has been completed and before the shipment is dispatched. Our apology for any inconveniece this may cause you but we are bound by our government law. We cannot export our products until full advance payment has been received.

4. Payment:

We do not accept LC or credit card as a mode of payment. However, we accept wire transfer, drafts and bank transfer. We assume that payment is not received till the wire transfer, drafts has been confirmed and amount deposited in our bank account.

5. Packing

Items will be packed with heavy plastic liner and repacked in a paper carton.

6. Labels

We label the products with our own brand name. However, we can label the product with buyer custom brand name upon request. The custom brand labels can be made here at buyers cost or can be sent to us.

7. Shipping

We use both air and sea mode of shipments depending on the size of order. For rates and details of air and sea shipments please contact us.

8. Insurance

Buyer is responsible to insure the shipment.

9. Custom Order

We also accept custom order with the buyer own custom designs. Please provide us with detailed drawings and instruction for the custom design.
